Why should I have perfect pitch? I can sing and or play my instrument really well. What do I need perfect pitch
for? Why waste my time when I could be writing more songs or playing more gigs instead?
Well, having perfect pitch puts you in a whole new category as a musician. It allows you to hear and
recall notes, melodies and songs with laser sharp precision. With perfect pitch you can identify the key
of any song just by listening, name exact notes and chords by ear, and sing exact pitches from memory. Imagine having
an unmatched mastery of the musical language. It is like having a superhuman level of musical ability, or super ears.
