Eligibility for Refund:
- Refund requests are eligible within 3 days from the date of project delivery.
- To be eligible for a refund, the client must provide valid reasons and substantial evidence to support their dissatisfaction with the delivered PowerPoint presentation.
Non-Refundable Situations:
- If the client has approved the final version of the PowerPoint presentation, refunds will not be granted after approval.
- No refunds will be processed for services rendered more than 3 days ago.
Refund Process:
- To initiate a refund request, the client must contact our customer support team at getperfectpitch15@gmail.com.
- The refund request will be reviewed by our quality assurance team to determine its validity.
- If the request is approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days through the original payment method.
Changes to the Refund Policy:
- GetPerfectPitch reserves the right to modify or update the refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be reflected on this page.
